Processes
In our premises the presently most advanced and technologically most sophisticated coating processes are applied:
- HVOF (high velocity oxy-fuel flame)
- Plasma spraying
- Flame spraying
- Electric-arc spraying
The most suitable coating process is selected according to the purpose of the component and the required coating features.
Beside the technological aspects cost effectiveness also plays a decisive role.
The various thermal spraying processes are similar throughout the world. That almost always enables a timely machine processing of the components – this specially applies to urgent repairs.
The coatings can be polished, e.g. to the required surface roughness by grinding and finishing.
